Amethyst is a very powerful quartz, it is considered the quartz of humility and wisdom.

This quartz promotes meditation, concentration and spiritual elevation. It also calms anger, fear, worries, anxiety, sadness and grief. It is very useful for fighting addictions, helping people with mental disorders and mitigating dense emotions during a grieving process for the loss of a loved one. Amethyst purifies places, objects, the physical body and the aura.

It is also used to cleanse and recharge other minerals. Additionally, Amethyst helps reduce blood pressure and muscle pain. By rebalancing the aura, it is especially helpful just before bedtime.
